Ben Sykes

Ben Sykes grew up in England before immigrating to the United States. He earned a master’s degree in international politics from Manchester Metropolitan University, where he was a member of the Manchester debating team and an assistant coach and treasurer for the Macclesfield Roller Hockey Club. Ben went on to receive his Graduate Diploma in Law and Legal Practice from Manchester Metropolitan University School of Law.

He then earned a Master of Laws degree at Marshall-Wythe School of Law at the College of William & Mary in Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia State Bar, the Virginia Bar Association, the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association.

Ben has practiced personal injury law at Skolrood Law Firm since 2010. He focuses on car accident and premises liability cases. He is admitted to practice law in Virginia and the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia.

When Ben isn’t practicing law, he enjoys hiking, biking, and playing the piano. He also is a qualified hockey coach, and has played hockey at the international level.
