Ben has been with the Firm for 15 years. He is originally from England. He is a graduate of the University of Central Lancashire BA (Hons), Manchester Metropolitan University (MA), Manchester Metropolitan University Law School (GDIPL, LPC), and The College of William & Mary Law school (ML). He is admitted to practice before all State Courts in the Commonwealth of Virginia, as well as the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Virginia. He is a member of the Virginia Trial Lawyers Association. Ben is passionate about working hard to help people who have been injured or who have lost a loved one through no fault of their own. In his spare time, Ben enjoys playing and coaching ice hockey, swimming, gardening, traveling, and spending time with his family.
